Fuel Surcharge Policy (California Deliveries)
Mobile Janitorial Supply is committed to transparent and fair delivery pricing throughout California. Due to the volatility of fuel costs within the state, particularly in Southern California, a fuel surcharge may be applied to delivery orders when necessary.
If the California On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price, as published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), exceeds $5.00 per gallon, a fuel surcharge of $6.95 will be applied per delivery.
This surcharge will be clearly itemized on the customer's invoice as a separate line item labeled “Fuel Surcharge.”
If the published California diesel fuel price falls below $5.00 per gallon, the fuel surcharge will be removed accordingly.
Mobile Janitorial Supply reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice based on changes in fuel costs, operating expenses, or market conditions within California.
